XeroOne Systems was founded by Jason Alvarado while he was attending Eastern Washington University. Jason holds a B.S. in Computer Science with an emphasis on Software Engineering along with minors in both Math and Physics. Jason's experience includes both desktop and web-based application development using ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic, HTML, XML, CSS, Java, AJAX, Javascript and others.

Jason has a collaborative working style with effective skills in project management, problem solving, technical writing, communications, team building, and teaching. His unique skill sets make it form him to merge your business practices into an effective IT solution that works with, not against, your operations. Jason utilizes secure coding principles so that your software and data remain safe. He also develops with the user in mind, so systems are easy to lean and understand.

Jason is also committed to our community. He graduated from the Leadership Spokane program in 2007 where he learned the principles of servant leadership. Following which he ran for city council in Cheney, WA, losing only by a slim margin. Jason currently sits on Cheney's planning commission, and as a Board member of Cheney Pathways to Progress.
